Gerald Wolfe says it….

Gerald Wolfe has posted an interesting article on his blog.  It is about the long-term effects of music piracy on southern gospel music.   Here’s an attention grabbing quote,

There is a very real possibility that we are just a few short years away from not being able to continue to record and produce music any longer.

Gerald has been at the forefront of confronting this issue in the industry.  As far as I know, Greater Vision was the first group to mention on their CD artwork that music piracy was wrong and gave scripture to back it up (on the first Church Hymnal project).  Gerald was also quoted in Daniel Mount’s article “Piracy in Southern Gospel” from March 2007.
